425g can chickpeas
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup tahini
Place the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a food processor.
Season with salt & pepper.
Process for 20-30 seconds, or until smooth.
Add the tahini and process for a further 10 seconds.
