Moroccan Spiced Lamb

Lemon Juice
Cumin
Paprika
Coriander
Salt
Garlic
Olive Oil
Lamb back strap

Cut the lamb back strap down the centre to make 2 long strips

Place all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Place on a grill until cooked.

Serve with minted yougurt.

NOTE: I can't remember any of the quantities required so will update after a trial run.
