Simple Fruit Cake

1Kg dried fruit
1 cup fruit juice
2 cup self raising flour

Soak the dried fruit in the juice.

Combine all ingredients.

Place in a lined square cake pan.

Cook in 125C oven for 2hrs

Variations: Chopped chocolate
