50g plain dark chocolate chips
50 unsalted butter
75g caster sugar
75g self raising flour
25g cocoa powder
25g white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180C.
Line 6 cup cake tins.
Melt the plain chocolate chips and butter together in a small saucepan over a low heat.
Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and cocoa powder together in a bowl.
Fold in the melted chocolate mixture
Mix in the white chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture in to the paper cases and bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
